SurvCon Engineering was founded and established in October 2017 with its major services in Construction Surveying and setting out by Clement Chang.
In the Year of 2019, SurvCon Engineering has been awarded a contract by GLOBAL FACADE SDN BHD to carry out all the Facade work surveying including Glass Work, Steel structure canopies, Glass roof, UHPC precast panel ( Ultra-High Performance Concrete by G-CAST ), lift lobby glass work, void glass railing for the whole building of PAVILION BUKIT JALIL.
This contract has mad changes and evolvement to SurvCon Engineering as Specialist in Facade Surveying, from design computations in pre-comp up to setting put on site, to accommodate the practical and on-site method to ease the work of Installer.
Apart of Facade Surveying, we are also providing the services as on-site management and consultations for method of construction based on the design by Principal Consultant according to existing site condition. We are also representing the Client for site inspection and verification of quantity for site claim.
In the year of 2023, we have been awarded a contract to carry out water proofing for one of the Factory located within West Port territory which required enhanced safety measure and administration requirements by WEESTPORTS MALAYSIA and we managed to complete the contract within allocated time frame.
